How we work
The roof gets looked at before it gets priced
Most roofing complaints start the same way: a number quoted from the ground, then a second number once the tiles come off. We survey first, photograph what we find, and share those photographs with you before quoting.
That is why our price holds. Very little is left to discover halfway through, because we have already looked. If something hidden does turn up, you see the photographs and agree any change before we carry on.

Survey
We get on the roof where it is safe, photograph the condition, and check the timbers from inside the loft.
STEP 02
Quote
A fixed, itemised figure with the survey photographs attached. Scope written in plain terms.
STEP 03
Schedule
A written start date and duration, and one named contact for the whole job.
STEP 04
Finish
Site cleared and swept daily, work signed off with you, guarantee issued in writing.

Yes. We work closely with trusted scaffolding partners, and scaffolding costs are included as a line item in your quotation.
Both, and we will tell you which one you need. A roof that has thirty tiles to reset and a valley to re-line does not need replacing, and we would rather say so than sell you a re-roof.
