Yes. All work is carried out by fully qualified tradespeople, and we hold public liability insurance up to £1 million. Evidence of both qualifications and insurance is available on request.
Yes. Photographs of completed projects are available in our gallery, and we are happy to put you in touch with previous customers who are willing to talk through their experience of working with us.
Every project starts with a survey visit, where Daniel or a member of the team walks you through the process in person. From there, you will receive a full breakdown covering timescale, total cost and materials, set out clearly so there is nothing left to interpret.
Yes. You will receive a full written quotation before any work starts. It is a fixed price, based on the size of the job and the finish you choose.
If we find something that could not be seen at survey, we stop. We can show you photographs or explain it in person, along with the cost and the reason, before going any further. Nothing is added to your quotation unless you agree it.
Timescales depend on the scope and scale of the project. As a guide:
- Bathroom: around 2 weeks, depending on size
- Kitchen: around 1 week
- Loft conversion: 3 to 4 months, depending on size and finish
- Conservatory roof: 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on size and finish
- Flooring: 1 to 2 days, depending on size
Your written quotation will include a specific timescale agreed for your project.
Your project is carried out by Daniel and his own team, who between them cover every trade the work needs. Subcontractors are only brought in where a job genuinely needs them, and when they are, they are people we know, trust and have worked with before.
We use quality materials suited to the specification agreed at survey stage, matched to the finish you have chosen. Standards are maintained through experienced tradespeople, clear specifications set out in your quotation, and a workmanship guarantee that stands behind every job.
Yes. Roofing, kitchens, bathrooms and loft conversions carry a 25-year written workmanship guarantee, covering any issue caused by our work. If a problem does arise, we come back and put it right.
We come back and resolve it as quickly as possible. Getting the work right the first time is the priority, but if something does come up afterwards, we treat it as our responsibility to fix.
