Timescale depends on the size and complexity of the roof. We will confirm a specific duration as part of your written quotation, following survey.
Fixed price, not a day rate. Your quotation includes both labour and materials, priced and agreed up front so there are no surprises.
In many cases, yes, provided they are in good condition and suitable for continued use. This is assessed at survey stage and confirmed in your quotation.
It depends on the covering. Concrete tiles commonly reach fifty years or so, natural slate considerably longer, and the felt and battens underneath usually fail before the covering does. Age alone is not the test; condition is.
No. The work happens outside and in the loft. We sheet up, clear and sweep the site at the end of each day, and keep access clear.
